Personal Care Products

The personal care division of Phosphagenics provides an ongoing level of revenue from an increasing number of products under the BioElixia® brand umbrella throughout Australia and increasingly worldwide.  All products sold under these brands incorporate the patented TPM® Dermal Delivery Technology in all formulations and products.


Phosphagenics also provides TPM® (and Vital ET®) to interested companies looking to gain a competitive advantage in the personal care industry. Phosphagenics will generally supply TPM® under a licensing agreement for the raw material with upfront fees, royalties on sales or a collaborative product development and private label products.


BioElixia®


As a result of Phosphagenics’ investment in Pharmaceutical research and development, scientists discovered their unique TPM® Dermal Delivery Technology had revolutionary benefits for skin, and set about developing a high quality skin and body care range that blended the science behind TPM® Dermal Delivery Technology with ingredients that are well known for anti-ageing, moisturising and hydrating properties.  Applying TPM® Dermal Delivery Technology to the cosmetics market allows Phosphagenics to tap into a multi-billion dollar market. 

Phosphagenics has launched under the BioElixia® brand, a skin and body care range of products developed with nature-based multi-vitamins, anti-ageing ingredients and patented TPM® Dermal Delivery Technology, specifically chosen to work in synergy with each other to hydrate and nourish the skin and fight the visible signs of ageing.

The High Performance Anti-Ageing skincare range is the only injection-free, wrinkle relaxing range with the power of Anti-Ageing Multi Complex Peptide Formulas plus patented TPM® Dermal Delivery Technology developed to balance the visible reduction of wrinkles and expression lines. 

The BodyShaper Targeted Body Solutions range including Cellulite Contour Crème and Stretchmark Diminishing Crème comprise revolutionary formulas developed for the body to assist the visible reduction of cellulite or stretch marks. A concentrated blend of antioxidants, moisturisers and patented TPM® Dermal Delivery Technology give skin a visibly firmer, more toned appearance and the feeling of enhanced skin softness.

Peau Vierge

Phosphagenics, in partnership with Le Métier de Beauté, has also created Peau Vierge Anti-Aging Complex Tinted Treatment Fluid and Peau Vierge Correcteur Concealer both containing TPM® Dermal Delivery Technology and 1% retinol.   These products were launched in November 2009 at the prestigious Bergdorf Goodman and Neiman Marcus stores in the USA.




Licensing Arrangements

Phosphagenics supplies TPM® Dermal Delivery Technology as a raw ingredient and Vital ET® (Ashland Inc.) to a number of commercial partners.

Phosphagenics' first major commercial agreement for the supply of raw ingredients (Vital ET®) was with Ashland Inc. (formerly ISP), established in 2003 and is still currently active.  This agreement was designed to supply Vital ET® for use in the personal care industry.  Vital ET® has been shown to deliver more Vitamin E in testing and trials when compared with similar personal care products and is included in a number of formulations found in a variety of products such as skincare and cosmetics. 


GNC

One of the more prominent licensing arrangements is with the US-based global health and well being company, GNC, which has over 8,000 stores worldwide with 6,800 in the USA.  Phosphagenics provided the cosmetic formulation and packaging whilst GNC was responsible for the branding and marketing.  The product, a cellulite reducing toning cream, was launched mid year 2013 in the USA.
